Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in the heart of the town, making it convenient for all facilities and a perfect stopover on long journeys. The rooms are somewhat stuffy and hot due to the inability to open windows facing the main road, potentially noisy. The service is lacking attention to resolving issues promptly. Dining presents inevitable delays due to separate operations. Free parking is a plus, but the alleyway access may feel unsafe at night.
The hotel had a convenient central location in Penrith, but the room was a little stuffy despite the outdoor terrace. The service was okay, although I only got a welcome drink. The dining experience was nice, although not perfect. The alleyway location had both positives and negatives, and some facilities were lacking.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious with plenty of spare bedding and towels provided, making it perfect for me and my overseas friends who just got engaged. However, one downside was that we had to move a piece of furniture to access one of the beds. The service was top-notch with a lovely welcome drink to kick start our stay. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of Penrith with convenient parking just behind the hotel. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the evening meal and breakfast, although it was a bit noisy due to the bar area downstairs. Overall, a great value for money choice.
